Morning Meditation & Breathwork

Begin the new year with a fresh start by soothing your nervous system through breathwork and allowing your mind to experience deep rest with Yoga Nidra meditation.

Each morning class is an invitation to reduce stress, nourish your wellbeing, and help you reconnect with a sense of inner calm.

Weekly sessions begin with 10 minutes of guided breathwork, followed by 45 minutes of guided Yoga Nidra meditation, with time at the end for discussion and connection.

Drop-ins welcome! This is an opportunity to prioritise your mental wellbeing and start your day feeling restored.

Classes take place every Thursday (starting 8th January) from 11am - 12pm at Yoga Life Studio in Eastbourne (25 South Street, Eastbourne, BN21 4UP).
