About Shannon
Hiya! I’m Shannon, a certified meditation teacher with a passion for guiding meditation, yoga, cacao ceremonies and sound healing sessions. I’ve taught on international retreats, in universities and within workplaces, including The Guardian.
After graduating with a First-Class degree from the University of Bath, my inner growth journey led me to travelling solo for two years to spiritual places around the world, including Bali, New Zealand, Japan and Nepal, where I expanded my awareness and trained with world-class teachers.
Now based in Eastbourne, I teach both in-person and online, supporting individuals to reduce stress, strengthen emotional resilience, and reconnect with a sense of inner calm. My approach is inclusive, rooted in science, and guided by the wisdom that meditation can change people’s lives for the better.
Meditation is a way of life for me. When I’m not meditating, I’m usually enjoying a matcha latte, running at the gym, reading self-growth books, practising gratitude journalling, or exploring new habits to add to my wellbeing toolkit.
