I’m a meditation teacher based in Eastbourne, England!

With thousands of hours of consistent meditation practice, certifications in meditation, yoga and sound healing, and over two years of solo travel around the world, I offer weekly classes, 1:1 coaching, and meditation teaching on retreats, in workplaces, and in universities.

My ‘why’ comes from lived experience and a core belief that sharing meditation can change people’s lives for the better.
